PER SQM, an innovative Smart Living concept store by ME Universal of introducing Smart IoT product solutions from global partners under one roof. Technologies which were restricted to social media and exhibitions were not been able to reach the end consumer and hence the idea of Per Sqm was conceived. Technology enhancement over the last decade has been enormous where products which can add value to a property, saving energy bills, lowering capital expenditure and increasing healthy lifestyle are not to be seen much on the front.

As the market is dominated by Electronic Stores selling the conventional products , ME Universal wanted to establish itself where it can introduce Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Integrators, Contractors of the new and upgraded concepts which are available and create an Experience Center for them to feel and pass on to their end clients.

ME Universal team will provide complete support in establishing the experience center for partners along with training, product knowledge, marketing, proposal preparation will be priority. ME Universal intends to work with partners in every region and is focused on bringing sustainable IoT technology products which are affordable and bring an upgrade in spaces.

Our First Per Sqm Smart Living Store and Partner is in Dubai and we have targeted 7 Smart Stores by end of Year 2021 in Middle East, Africa and East European region.
