X-PoE DC Lighting Launched

Extended Power over Ethernet [X-PoE®]

A game-changer to accelerate the adoption of DC technology Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology, first introduced in 2003, improved our existing distribution systems by allowing us to transmit both power and data to devices over an Ethernet cable. By removing the need for separate AC power circuits, it transformed the field and enabled widespread usage of newer devices, such as those powered using DC X-PoE® (Extended PoE) technology represents a present-day upgrade of PoE. It is fast to install and doesn’t require electricians, meaning buildings can resume operations quickly. It improves upon current systems on all fronts: Reduces the cost of utilising DC connected lighting systems

  • Multiple channels for constant current/voltage LED driving
  • Provides 8 ports that can deliver controlled power in either IEEE standard (90W per port) or DC (110W per port) configurations.
  • Powered by a 48V-57V low-voltage DC input, it ensures efficient and reliable operation, maintaining consistent and optimised power supply to connected LED fixtures
  • Reduces material usage by up to 40%, thus saving energy at very competitive costs.
  • X-PoE® is a perfect wired companion to open-wired & wireless protocols.
